Process of Obtaining 80G Registration
Registration under this section will be processed by the Commissioner of Income Tax after receiving an application from the applicant in Form 10G. The application should be accompanied by the following documents:
- Form 10G
- Original and copy of MOA and Registration certificate in case of Section 8 companies and Societies and a Original and copy of Trust Deed in case of a Trust
- Original and copy of MOA /Trust Deed
- Trust/Society- Pan Card-self attested and Address id proof-self attested
- No objection certificate from the owner of the property where the registered office of the Institution is situated
- Copy of Utility Bills such as Electricity bill, water bill or House Tax Receipt
- Proof of welfare activities pursued. The list of the welfare activities being carried out & the progress report for the last three years-

- Charitable activities proof in triplicate-copy of photos in triplicate of charitable activity showing banner of name of trust
- Newspaper activity copy in triplicate
- Bank Statement copy of last 3 Years
- Balance Sheet and income & Expenditure A/c and Receipt and Payment A/c of last 3 years and Audit Report for last 3 years.- and the Book of Accounts for the past three years
- Rubber stamp of President/ Secretary/ treasurer showing name of trust/ society.
- President, Secretary, Treasury
- a) PAN Card-Self Attested
- b) Address ID Proof – Self Attested
- List of contributors along with their address and PAN.
- List of the governing body of trustees with their contact details and PAN
- Copy of registration granted under section 12A or copy of notification issued under section 10(23)or section 10(23C)
